How much longer would my hair grow a month if I take silica complex?

I eat a balanced diet etc.
My hair is about an inch or two past my shoulders, I’m just wondering how much longer it would grow if I take vitamins and silica complex. I’ve heard it grows about 1/2" a month but I just want to know how much longer it will grow with the help of these.

It’s also quite thin, Will silica complex help thicken it as well?
