Can I stimulate hair growth on my face?

I’m a 22 year old male. I’m wondering is there any way to stimulate hair growth on my face along the sides/jaw line. I can grow hair on my chin and around the lip area but I can’t seem to get anything goin beyond that. I want that stubble look. I know my genetics play a part in this but maybe there is a way around that. Any advice is appreciated.
