I’m trying to grow my hair 5 inches in 3 months. I’m going to try with hair growth shampoo/conditioner, hair/skin growth pills, cold showers, parfaits and water 24/7 (protein ideas? Considering tofu.), not straightening/dying my hair- but I am blow drying it but its only the top half and the rest is air dry, massaging my scalp and exercise.

I was wondering if you have anymore tips?

I’m fourteen and seven months and my hair is past my shoulders about halfway on my chest (close to my nipples for exact length wise). I want it to go over my breasts so I need to grow it out about 5 inches so my hair stylist can cut about an inch off. I got a hair cut about a month ago and its grown about an inch with just regular hair treatment. Hopefully my plan will work or be improved with any tips you reccomend. I know hair growth doesn’t happen over night but I’m hoping 3 months will be enough time for 5 inches with the therapy I’m going to put my hair through. I have already consulted hair extentions and I thought they were going to be long enough but they weren’t and I really don’t want to spend any more money on other people’s hair. But I will spend money on hair products that will make the hair healthier and longer.
