which is the better for fast hair growth?

{Aloe vera gel}
{Lavender oil}
i wondering which is better to use & which 1 makes ur hair grow faster
because i need to grow longer before August

HAIR GROWTH?!?!?!!?!?!?

ok so i got my hair cut a few inches on friday and its like short
and i really dont like it, and i heard hair growth oil makes your hair grow? but then some others ive seen says it hasnt :S
ALSO i heard if you rub lavender oil into your scalp it makes your hair grow?

so if anyone could help me with it all thanks so much!
oh btw, i live in the UK so i think it will be hard for me to get the wild hir growth oil? but yeah if any of you have used any of these products could you tell me?! or have any tips that would be great!
