What works to make hair grow long?

i have heard that mane n tail work to grow hair, but I heard that it makes your hair thick as well. I already have extremely thick hair so I don’t want anything that’s going to make it thicker. I also heard that prenatal vitamins and acai berry help to make it grow. I’m just unsure of what to use.

I’ve heard that taking prenatal vitamins help your hair grow faster. I’ve taken Prenatal Vitamins but they make me sick and my Physician told me that taking to Flinstones Gummies is equivalent to one Prenatal Vitamin.

My hair was long but I cut it because it was very damaged because I had it ‘Bleached’. So I cut all of the damaged hair off. I’m growing it back out but I want it very long. I’d like to grow it past my waist but not below my butt. I’m mixed: Latin, Native American and African American. I want my hair all natural. No coloring, or anything of that sort. Just the trims that I need.

I understand that good health is the key to growing long hair. What else can I do to make my hair grow very long and be the healthiest it can be?!

I’ve heard from a couple girl friends, and i’ve read online in several places that prenatal vitamins help grow your hair, even if your not pregnant.
i’ve been taking them for about 6 days now, and one thing i haven’t been able to find online is,
about how long does it take for these vitamins to start working ?
and about how much longer/faster will your hair grow per month ?

Hair growth question? I need answers!?

So, for the past few months I have been desperately searching for the solution to faster hair growth. I’ve taken Biotin, cut down on the straightening & use of heat, began to workout, and eat healthy. But, it’s still not working. I’ve found a few things that a lot of people have said work, so which do you think work best?

1. Taking Prenatal vitamins.
2. Mane n Tail shampoo/ conditioner
3. Hair, skin, & nails vitamin.

Any other suggestions? HELP

could massaging your head make your hair grow slower?

I’m trying to grow my hair back. last year my hair grew 1.5-2 inches per month (yeah, it grew fast). Now, I’m trying to re-grow it, but this time I’m massaging my head (I heard it helps hair grow faster) 10 minutes per day. It seems to be growing SLOWER (1/2 inch per month)

Is it possible massaging my head makes my hair grow slower?

Usuallly it takes 3 months for me to grow an inch of hair.. I made a huge mistake cutting and dying my hair a lot over past one and half years, and now its above the shoulder – and i miss my long hair so much!

Not mane and tail shampoo either. my hair really isn’t all that frizzy or puffy but it does if i don’t blow dry my hair immediately. Last i was wondering on how to get my hair to have beach waves or loose ringlets. My hair does not really curl with a curling iron or things like that. Please help me!!! thanks
